Erika MacInnis

Erika MacInnis is an associate in the litigation group. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, as well as insurance defence and coverage matters. Her practice also includes the review of insurance policies to ensure compliance with Quebec law. As part of her practice, Erika frequently drafts opinions and proceedings. Erika has been involved in cases before all Quebec trial courts, as well as the Quebec Court of Appeal. Erika has also participated in several trials. Erika is a diligent and organized litigator, who places an emphasis on clear communication.
