Overview
Evelyne Morin specializes in construction law. As part of her practice, Evelyne has represented the interests of various construction stakeholders, including in court proceedings.
Her practice focuses on all aspects of construction law, including the tendering process, contract interpretation, protection of claims and construction defects.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Evelyne worked for a construction law firm. She has delivered the legal component of various courses required to obtain a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.

Community involvement
During her studies, Evelyne participated in the creation of the University of Montréal’s Mediation Clinic and was a member of the Corporation of Graduating Law Students. She also gave legal clinics at the Centre des femmes de Rivière-des-Prairies.
