Farah Rohoman

Farah Rohoman has a practice that focuses on providing a broad range of transactional services to her clients and she has acted on numerous multimillion dollar acquisitions and financings. Farah regularly advises on corporate matters, secured lending, and commercial real estate matters which allows her to provide a multi-faceted perspective to her clients when they are looking for advice on new opportunities. She regularly advises on complex and cross-border M&A transactions and she is experienced in drafting and providing advice during multi-party contract negotiations including with respect to shareholder and partnership agreements and renewable energy and district energy matters. She is also experienced in financing transactions whether for acquisitions, refinancing, or project financing, including with respect to due diligence and security documentation drafting. Her real estate experience includes, amongst other things, negotiating leases from both the landlord and tenant perspective in commercial and industrial spaces and acquisitions and divestures of real property. She is also very involved in the London community.
