Gleb Matushansky’s practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation, involving a variety of disputes including breach of contract, oppression remedies, professional negligence, liens, deficiency and delay claims, and commercial and residential real estate conflicts. Gleb is focused on providing clients with practical advice and passionate advocacy to achieve early and effective solutions.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson LLP, Gleb practiced commercial and construction litigation at small and mid-size firms in Toronto where he acted for shareholders, corporations and individuals, owners and contractors, and landlords and tenants.

- Acted for an Owner to discharge an improper Lien and was awarded substantial indemnity costs
