Overview
Izabella is a passionate advocate and assists clients in resolving a range of litigation disputes. She understands that the litigation process is costly, time consuming and complex. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful and pragmatic legal advice that is proportionate to the matter at hand. Izabella is proactive in developing resolution strategies, and guides clients in navigating the court system in an efficient and clear manner.
Her areas of focus are:
- Commercial Litigation: shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence and product liability claims.
- Estate Litigation: trust and estates disputes, contested passing of accounts, the validity and interpretation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney conflicts, life insurance policy interpretation, probate and beneficiary disputes.
