Jamie Eichenbaum, an associate in Miller Thomson’s Montréal office, brings a dynamic touch to the Business Law Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate and commercial law. In his M&A work, Jamie is involved in all stages of transactions, including due diligence, drafting related commercial agreements, and handling various closing matters. He has had the opportunity to assist a wide array of clients with acquisitions, including those in the video game and technology industries.Jamie has significant experience in equity financing transactions for both emerging and established companies. As part of his general corporate and commercial law practice, he assists clients in drafting and implementing various commercial agreements, such as shareholder and service agreements.Jamie has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada—Ones to Watch for Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law in 2024 and 2025. He received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
