Janis brings decades of administrative experience in the legal industry, with a focus on litigation and eDiscovery. As Lead, eDiscovery Services – Operations for Miller Thomson’s national eDiscovery team, she combines her industry knowledge with technological proficiency to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions for client and eDiscovery projects. Janis develops and provides training to lawyers, staff, and clients, enhancing their ability to manage document databases. Her diverse background in commercial litigation, family law, personal injury, real estate, and estates, combined with her passion for efficiency, informs her strategic approach to eDiscovery cases and projects. Janis is a member of the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association (non-lawyer membership).
