Overview
Jenna Zaleski is an Associate in Miller Thomson’s National Financial Services group and is licensed to practice in Ontario and Alberta. Her practice focuses primarily on advising financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border commercial bilateral, club, and syndicated lending transactions, including cash flow and asset-based lending. Her clients are active in a variety of industries including agri-business, indigenous markets, telecommunications, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, technology, and sports/entertainment.
Jenna is a member of the Calgary Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Law Society of Ontario. She received her Bachelor of Science Honours Specialization in Psychology and her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2015 and 2018, respectively. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2019, and the Ontario bar in 2020.
