Overview
Jessie Chau is a Financial Services Law Clerk in Miller Thomson LLP’s Toronto office. She has extensive experience assisting lawyers and clients with syndicated and single-lender financing transactions and other corporate matters.
As part of her role, Jessie is very familiar with the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) and is able to assist lawyers and clients with registrations and issues that may arise under that legislation. Jessie prides herself on being timely, efficient, and proactive in her work.
