Overview
Justin McLarty specializes in the area of condominium law and has dealt with a range of condominium and real estate matters. He strives to provide practical advice that is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Justin assists condominium corporations with corporate governance issues, the drafting and review of corporate documents and contracts, and provides opinions on corporations’ rights and obligations under the Condominium Act.
Justin also practises in real estate and land development matters including acquisitions, sales, financing and joint ventures.
Justin has written several articles on condominium law matters and has been a speaker at seminars held by property management companies.
