Overview
Kaitlin Jagersky is one of the firm’s experienced litigation partner’s with a diverse practice focused on commercial and estate matters. Kaitlin acts for a wide array of clients on matters involving contractual disputes, debt claims and shareholder disputes. She also acts for high-net-worth individuals and their families with complex income and corporate/business matters arising from property and support claims, as well as will challenges, power of attorney disputes and passing-of-account applications.
Kaitlin is a fierce and respected advocate, with experience representing clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She also recognizes the significant benefits of resolving matters outside of court through the various dispute resolution services available, such as negotiation, mediation and private arbitration.
