As Chief Administrative Officer, Keith is responsible for setting the firm’s technological roadmap as well as being responsible for the strategic direction and management of all functions within the Administrative function including; Enterprise Solutions, IT Operations, Information Security, Information Governance, Service Desk, Enterprise Project Management, eDiscovery, Knowledge Management, Legal Project Management, Library Services and Office Services & Facilities.
