Overview
Kesh is building a practice in real estate law and corporate law with a focus on the health industry. She has experience assisting clients on various real estate transactions, including leasing, property acquisitions, and development. She also provides legal support for corporate matters such as governance and compliance.
Kesh was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after summering and articling at Miller Thomson LLP. Kesh earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Waterloo.
Kesh’s specialties include:
Real Estate Law: assisting clients with leasing, property acquisitions, and development projects.
Corporate Law: providing clients with guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions.
Healthcare-Specific Matters: addressing the legal needs specific to healthcare providers and organizations.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kesh worked with one of Ontario’s largest municipalities in their corporate Health Services and Long-Term Care Home sector and played a key role in developing Ontario’s first purpose-built long-term care home inspired by the Butterfly Model.
