Overview

Kevin Plowman’s practice covers all aspects of corporate finance, with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border financings as well as corporate finance and mid-market financing transactions. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border debt based financings, bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, equipment financing – including vendor financings and regulatory issues with respect to same, asset-based lending, secured transactions and opinion mandates (acting for both lenders and borrowers), construction and real estate financings, and energy/oil and gas matters. Kevin brings a personable and collaborative approach to his practice to achieve accuracy, efficiency, and results for his clients.

Kevin’s experience covers a broad array of industries and transactions including real estate development, hotel finance, mortgage and construction financing, oil and gas/energy financings, equipment leasing and financing including vendor finance transactions, food and agriculture transactions, and lending transactions involving diversified industries.

Kevin also has extensive experience in regulatory matters involving equipment and automotive financing, including vendor finance transactions, as well as high cost of credit financings and other consumer protection related matters.
