Overview

Khushboo holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Alberta. Khushboo also completed a Bachelor of Commerce after-degree, majoring in Marketing. After completing her undergraduate studies and before commencing a legal education, Khushboo worked as a Customer Experience Associate at a major financial institution.

During law school, Khushboo took on various roles within the Business Law Society, including serving as Co-President in her final year. Under her leadership, the society successfully partnered with leading law firms in British Columbia and Alberta to host networking events, symposiums, and secure sponsorships for the faculty. Additionally, Khushboo was selected as a Teaching Assistant for a Fundamental Legal Skills course after being awarded the course prize. She played a key role in enhancing students’ legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Khushboo has been actively engaged in community service throughout her education. While at the University of Alberta, she founded a student group dedicated to raising funds in support of victims of domestic violence. Notably, since 2017, Khushboo has served as a board director for a prominent Edmonton-based public continuing care organization. In this role she assists with large-scale fundraisers, strategic marketing, and advocates for geriatric care. Her efforts with the organization were featured in the Alberta Health Services magazine for exemplary community involvement.

In her spare time, Khushboo enjoys playing tennis, learning golf, and exploring the best vegetarian eats around the city.
