Léna Taylor oversees the professional development of lawyers, interns, and students in the Montreal office. She works closely with the national legal talent team to design and implement retention and talent management strategies. In her role, Léna leads skills development, mentoring programs, and handles the appraisal and compensation processes. She also manages the Montreal office’s student programs and participates in both university and lateral recruitment.

Engaged in her professional network, Léna is a member of AQAJ (Association québécoise des administrateurs juridiques), NALP (National Association for Law Placement), and PDC (Professional Development Consortium), underscoring her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

With nearly twenty years of experience in professional and talent management, Léna previously served as Director of Legal Talent at a regional firm, and as Director of Professional Development and Training for national firms. Earlier in her career, she practised business law in Montréal and with international firms in Paris and London. She holds a dual law degree (B.C.L. and LL. B.) from McGill University (1995) and a Master’s in Public International Law from the London School of Economics (1996), reflecting a robust academic foundation.
