Lyudmila (Lucy) Sivak is a member of our Real Estate Group. Her practice encompasses a range of real estate matters, including land acquisition and disposition, leasing, and secured financing. Lucy frequently acts on behalf of corporate and individual vendors and purchasers in conveyancing matters; and financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in secured financing  transactions.
