Mabel Kyei is an experienced lawyer in our Toronto office, focusing on Canadian immigration law. As a trusted advisor to employers and multinational companies, Mabel provides practical and strategic immigration advice on all temporary and permanent residence issues, as well as corporate compliance matters.
Mabel is an active member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. She has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch category from 2022 to 2024 for her contributions to immigration and labour and employment law. She has authored several publications on updates to Canadian immigration policy and regularly presents at legal and business seminars on cross-border topics.
Mabel’s experience and knowledge encompass temporary resident visas, work permits, permanent residency applications, citizenship applications and more. Her clients operate in a variety of industries, including technology, engineering, entertainment, manufacturing, and hospitality. She holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University.
