With a background in general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions and corporate tax affairs, Matteo brings a dynamic approach to his practice.
Matteo holds various professional memberships, underlining his commitment to upholding the highest professional standards in his legal practice. Before joining the firm, he was deeply involved in student organizations and sports, even taking on the role of VP Finance with the Law Students’ Association. He’s a qualified CPA with a wealth of experience in public accounting, making him a well-rounded advisor for all your business needs.
Matteo is also committed to giving back to the community, actively volunteering with Civil Claims Duty Counsel and the Court of King’s Bench Amicus Program. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling and staying active through soccer, golf, hiking, and skiing.
