Overview
Matthew is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Matthew has experience with both CCAA and BIA proceedings and with out of court restructurings. Matthew has acted for creditors, debtors, court officers and purchasers in both domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings.
