Matthew Marriott

Matthew is building a broad real estate practice focused on commercial transactions and leasing. He guides clients through acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, and has experience handling a wide variety of commercial leasing issues and negotiations. Prior to attending law school, Matthew worked as a Property Manager for a large residential landholding company where he managed a portfolio of mid- to high-rise apartment buildings. He has represented clients in disputes at the Landlord and Tenant Board and in negotiations with landlords on a wide range of issues.
