Overview
Michael Fazzari is developing a broad litigation practice, focusing on commercial and construction litigation. Michael’s practice areas include: contractual disputes, construction disputes, shareholder disputes, construction procurement and corporate and commercial matters. Michael continues to develop his litigation practice with involvement in motions, examinations for discovery, mediations and trials.
Michael was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after summering and articling at the firm.
Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2022 and obtained a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts (hons.) from York University in 2016. Prior to law school, Michael was a Policy Analyst in Construction Procurement for a large Municipality in the Greater Toronto Area.
