Michael Fazzari

Michael Fazzari is building a robust litigation practice, honing his skills in commercial and construction disputes. His practice areas include contractual disputes, construction disputes, construction procurement and corporate and commercial matters. Michael works with owners, contractors and engineers on large-scale P3 infrastructure projects, including highway extensions and transit infrastructure. Michael continues to develop his litigation practice with involvement in motions, examinations for discovery, mediations and trials. Prior to law school, Michael was a Policy Analyst in Construction Procurement for a large municipality, adding a unique perspective to his legal experience.

In addition to his legal pursuits, Michael contributes to legal publications, co-authoring insightful pieces on relevant matters in the construction landscape. His published works, such as clarifying priority in construction lien claims and enforcing prompt payment regulations, demonstrate his commitment to staying up to date with the latest legal developments, and sharing his knowledge and experience with the broader legal community.
