Michelle Chan is a Financial Services and Corporate Paralegal in the Vancouver office. She assists with lending transactions by handling the preparation and filing of security documentation. Michelle assists with various corporate transactions, including incorporations, registrations, simple share transactions and dissolutions, and the annual maintenance of the corporate records. In addition, Michelle routinely conducts and reviews B.C. due diligence searches for all of Miller Thomson LLP’s offices.Prior to joining the Financial Services and Corporate teams, Michelle has 11 years of combined real estate experience working in Miller Thomson’s Real Estate group and at a property management company. Michelle enjoys membership with the B.C. Paralegal Association.
