Nabiel is a lawyer in the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability and discipline, and regulatory investigations. He regularly appears as counsel in various courts, at mediations and arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals and boards. Nabiel graduated in the top 4% of his law school class with a multitude of course awards. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.

Nabiel’s legal publications delve into intricate topics including municipal conflicts of interest and non-competition agreements, showcasing his insightful contributions to the field.

Active in the legal arena, Nabiel is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Waterloo Region Law Association. His academic prowess earned him prestigious recognitions at Osgoode Hall Law School, including multiple prizes and course awards in various legal disciplines.
