Overview
Nabiel is a lawyer in the firm’s Advocacy group. His practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability and discipline, and regulatory investigations. Nabiel has appeared as counsel at the Superior Court of Justice and regularly appears before administrative tribunals and boards.
Nabiel returned to Miller Thomson after summering and articling with the firm. He received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he graduated in the top 4% of his class and was the recipient of numerous course awards. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.
Outside of the office, Nabiel enjoys playing soccer and golf and staying up to date on the latest TV shows and movies.
