Pavin has become a trusted advisor in high-stakes corporate restructurings and insolvencies, including CCAA proceedings, BIA Division 1 proposals, and receiverships. She has experience before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, Alberta Court of Justice and British Columbia Supreme Court. Pavin offers practical advice and guidance in several key areas including insolvency and restructuring, regularly representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and court officers in intricate insolvency matters, and in financial services, advising lenders on loan documentation, security interests, and enforcement strategies.

A dedicated leader in her field, Pavin is an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), where she contributes as Secretary and Director for the IWIRC Western Canada Network.
