Overview
Pavin’s practice involves all aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy law. She regularly advises clients in reorganizations, corporate arrangements, receiverships, bankruptcies, and enforcement proceedings. Pavin has represented both secured and unsecured creditors and court officers in large restructuring matters. Pavin is dedicated in navigating the complex legal landscape of corporate finance, restructuring and insolvencies. With a strong background in both financial service and insolvency, she provides invaluable counsel to secured creditors, debtors and court officers. Pavin is focused on strategic solutions to restructure debt and guide stakeholders through the insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, safeguarding their long-term viability.
Pavin started her legal career at a full service international firm. Over the past several years, Pavin has worked on large complex corporate restructurings and insolvencies including CCAAs, BIA proposals and enforcement matters.
Pavin received her J.D. with distinction from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law in 2018 and was called to the Alberta bar in 2019.
