Philipp Park, a senior business law partner, is the Quebec Regional Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s national Executive Committee. Previously the Managing Partner of the Montréal office, Philipp specializes in corporate law, with a focus on acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance and venture capital. His clients include private equity funds, multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-ups, and he has considerable expertise in sectors as diverse as video games and information technology. Philipp is adept at assisting foreign companies entering the Canadian market.

Philipp’s business acumen in a legal context is widely recognized in the legal community. He has received accolades such as being named multiple times in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Mergers & Acquisitions Law and Corporate Law. In addition, he is consistently recommended in various areas of practice in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
