Overview
Raquel Moses is building a broad business law practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, securitization, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to rejoining Miller Thomson LLP as an Associate, Raquel completed her summer and articling terms at the Firm. Raquel received her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Raquel co-founded an e-commerce business in the sustainable fashion space. This experience provides a valuable and unique perspective to her position as a business law associate, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the interests of Canadian entrepreneurs.
