Richard MacGregor focuses on construction and commercial litigation, handling disputes such as construction liens, contractual breaches, shareholder oppression, and commercial lease issues. He believes in providing clients with timely legal advice to efficiently resolve conflicts. Richard’s knowledge and experience cover complex disputes, and he has a winning track record representing his clients in trials, arbitrations and appeals.
Richard is a long time and active supporter of CARE Canada. He frequently seeks out opportunities to assist non profit and local organizations, including providing pro bono legal services where possible.
Richard is a proud member of the Society of Construction Law, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
