Overview
Sandra Wright is building a broad corporate law practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and regulatory matters. She has experience in a variety of areas including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private placements, regulatory compliance, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Sandra was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. She received her J.D. from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law in 2023.
Prior to law school, Sandra obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2018 and worked in client management for a global financial technology company.
