Shane’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial law. He regularly represents buyers and sellers in both domestic and cross-border stock and asset purchase transactions. His clients include private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and business founders.

Shane is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Section for the Quebec Branch, demonstrating his commitment to the legal profession and the business community.
