Overview
Tara is a Law Clerk in the Business Law group of Miller Thomson’s Toronto Office. Tara has over 10 years experience assisting lawyers and clients with corporate law related matters including incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, business name and partnership registrations, extra provincial registrations of corporations and limited partnerships, and related corporate maintenance matters. Tara also assists on many corporate acquisitions and reorganizations.
In addition to Tara’s corporate law expertise, she also knowledge in the areas of commercial and residential real estate including commercial purchases, sales and financing.
In 2012, Tara graduated ,with honours, from the Law Clerk Program at Georgian College. To continue her education, Tara received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2017 from Laurentian University where she majored in Psychology. In 2018, Tara received her Paralegal Graduate Certificate from Georgian College and became a Licenced Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario in 2020. Tara is also a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.
