Wanda Menes is a law clerk in real estate in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson LLP. She has over 20 years of experience with varied types of real estate transactions, with deep experience and knowledge in financing and leasing, as well as drafting and registering varied real property registrations. Wanda’s experience extends to title work, including conducting, reviewing and summarizing title searches. She is also fluent in Spanish and has assisted with translations for lawyers and clients.
