Margaret Kan is a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at Miller Thomson LLP in Calgary. As an experienced paralegal, Margaret is well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions (acquisition and disposition), condominium and real estate development. Margaret also has an extensive experience in commercial bilateral, club and syndicated lending transaction and the many different types of business structures that arise in commercial real estate.

Margaret served on the board for Rotaract Club of Peninsula in Hong Kong for many years.

Prior to commencing her work as a paralegal, Margaret worked as the executive assistant to the chairman for a publicly traded real estate development company in Hong Kong. She is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and an excellent problem solver.
