Kevin Trumpour’s practice focuses on private company acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts. Building on his dual experience as a lawyer and accountant, Kevin has established himself as a trusted adviser to a variety of clients in a number of different industries.
