Lindsay Di Cesare is a Litigation Law Clerk for the Advocacy department in the London office of Miller Thomson LLP, assisting in Tort and Arbitration. Building on her extensive history in medical malpractice insurance defence, Lindsay assists with all aspects of litigation files, including the preparation of pleadings, motion materials and Affidavits of Documents. She also summarizes medical and insurance documentation, reviews transcripts and assists with trial preparation. Additionally, Lindsay assists with enforcement work, including Writs of Seizure and Sale and Garnishments.Known for her quick learning and time management skills, Lindsay’s detail-oriented and organized approach helps ensure clients’ complex legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently.
