Equipped with Cores III Accreditation, Anna is a seasoned Senior Corporate Paralegal In Miller Thomson’s Calgary office. She excels at handling a spectrum of corporate services, from incorporations to amalgamations. With a background in national firms and a keen eye for detail, Anna is a stellar asset to the Business Law Group.

In her community, Anna actively supports visually impaired organizations through volunteer initiatives and fundraising events. By collaborating with local nonprofits, Anna enhances accessibility awareness and promote inclusivity. Anna’s involvement includes hosting workshops and providing resources, fostering a more supportive environment for individuals with visual impairments while encouraging industry partnerships that amplify their voices.

Anna works with internal stakeholders to assist with drafting of corporate documents relating to incorporations, organizations, amalgamations, arrangements, amendments, continuances, extra-provincial registrations and complex corporate reorganizations.Ms. Wulf takes care of file management, preparation of closing agenda’s, track deliverables and key dates; provides timely updates throughout transaction. Anna is involved in complex minute book reviews and analysis and drafting ratification documents. Anna is working with internal stakeholders on various corporate structures relating, but not limited to Alberta, Federal and Federal Not-For-Profit corporations, societies, extra-provincial corporations, and limited partnerships. Anna has a strong working knowledge of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), Canada Business Corporations Act and Canada Not-For-Profit Act Corporations Act. Anna has over a decade of relevant paralegal experience within a corporate services department and CORES Level III Accreditation, as well as foreign law degree.
