Michael assists new organizations with structure and registration, and represents them in dealings with provincial and federal regulators. As a registered parliamentarian, he offers guidance on complex or contentious meetings. His clients span sectors such as healthcare, education, social services, arts, culture, and environmental causes. Michael also advises on tax compliance, governance, and complex gift planning.

Michael is active in his community and with local and national organizations as a volunteer and board director. He volunteers significant time to provide legal information to the social impact sector.
