Molly Luu moderates the « Practical Issues in Buying and Selling a Business » and « Personal & Corporate Tax Planning with Life Insurance » panels at the 2023 Ontario Tax Conference on October 23, 2023 from 1:15PM to 3:10 PM.

The first session will examine selected tax considerations in structuring the buying and selling of a business including consideration of the impact of the recent decision in the Foix case regarding the application of subsection 84(2) of the Income Tax Act.
