Associate Counsel Tracey Bailey, Q.C. is an opening speaker for the CLEAR symposium on June 15, 2021 presenting on “Regulating in a Post-Pandemic World”. The Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR) is an international leader in education for professional regulators, particularly in Canada, the U.S., U.K., Australia and New Zealand, and members from all jurisdictions participated in looking forward to regulating during and post-COVID-19.
