David Jutzi brings over four decades of experience in corporate law, with a focus on real estate, governance, and complex financial transactions. He is well known for providing insightful legal counsel across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. David serves as a trusted advisor on business restructuring and intricate shareholder agreements. Furthermore, he advises clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, integrating tax-efficient strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Lee Sauer, joining the Private Client Services practice, brings more than 40 years of experience in estate and trust law. He has developed a robust practice advising clients on wills, trusts, estate administration, and both residential and commercial real estate matters. Lee’s expertise extends to tax planning, trust administration, and estate wind-ups, ensuring personalized service tailored to each client’s needs. His leadership in both not-for-profit and corporate sectors, combined with his advisory role in governance and tax strategies, makes him a key addition to the team.
