Project Description

Proposed for registration as a commercial-use standard (phased) condominium plan, 111 Gregson Court in Fergus, Ontario currently contains one free-standing 26,400 sq. ft. commercial/ industrial building, containing 10 proposed condominium units. Building features include drive-in shipping doors (one per unit), 25′ clear height, 600V-3 Phase/ 1000 Amps power, and each unit will have five exclusive use parking spaces assigned, plus access to all regular common elements including parking, driveways and landscaping. The second phase of the property calls for a second, similar building containing five additional units.
