Andrea Chiu

Andrea Chiu is building a broad corporate law practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and regulatory matters. She has experience in a variety of areas including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, reverse takeovers, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Andrea was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articling term, Andrea was seconded to the Privacy Office at the Bank of Montreal, where she gained valuable experience working on several regulatory compliance projects.
