Chelsey Roberts is a Business Law Paralegal, specializing in agricultural and commercial financing in the Saskatoon office of Miller Thomson LLP. She assists lawyers, financial institutions and clients with financing transactions and is responsible for preparing security documentation, effecting registrations at Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry, Saskatchewan Land Title Registry and Bank Act Registry, and conducting due diligence searches with respect to these transactions. With expertise in preparing security documentation and conducting due diligence searches, Chelsey is pivotal in supporting financial institutions, clients, and lawyers across the country. She also supports Miller Thomson offices across Canada assisting with financings, registrations, and due diligence searches that fall under the Saskatchewan jurisdiction.
