Aperçu
Connor is building his business law practice focused on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted clients on various transactions including public and private acquisitions, equity financings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to rejoining Miller Thomson LLP as an Associate, Connor summered and articled at the Firm. During his articling term, Connor completed a secondment at the Corporate Finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. Connor received his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. During law school, Connor participated in the Western Business Law Clinic where he assisted small and start-up businesses with their legal needs.
Prior to law school, Connor obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed several summer work terms at a global accounting and consulting firm.
