During this time, he provided legal support to the Vancouver Police Foundation and acted as Secretary to the Board of Trustees and numerous executive committees. In his role as Chair, he oversaw all aspects of the operations of the Vancouver Police Foundation and worked to foster partnerships with the public to enhance the Vancouver Police Department's capacity to save lives, prevent crime, and build safer communities. Darcy's efforts and dedication to the Vancouver Police Foundation demonstrate his commitment to making a positive impact on the community. Additionally, he has been a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization since 2001 and served as the Finance Chair for the almost two years during such time.
