Aperçu
Erica Fini recently obtained her J.D. from Western Law. Her areas of interest include civil litigation, particularly construction litigation, as well as employment and labour law.
Erica is passionate about community service; in her second year of law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to create a public legal education document on accommodating disabilities in the workplace.
Throughout law school, she tutored students with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Additionally, Erica was one of 10 interns selected for Western Law’s Clinical Mediation/Negotiation Internship, where she learned practical skills and strategies for client representation in mediation and legal writing in the ADR process.
