Aperçu
Eugene Yeung is an associate in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Group.
Eugene maintains a broad business law practice, which includes advising public and private companies in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, structured finance and securitization and ESG and carbon finance.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson as an associate, Eugene was a summer student and articling student in the firm’s Toronto office, during which he seconded to the General Counsel’s Office of a global Big Four accounting firm. Eugene also previously completed a federal judicial internship with the late U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Tarnow and an internship in the legal department of a global Fortune 500 in vitro diagnostics company.
