Gena Shemrock is a senior corporate paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Saskatoon office. Building on more than two decades of experience as a corporate assistant, Gena assists lawyers and clients with incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, share purchase and sale transactions, business name and partnership registrations, corporate restructuring/reorganizations, extra-provincial registration of corporations, continuances, corporate acquisitions, business name and partnership registrations. In addition, she assists with not for profit corporations and ongoing corporate maintenance matters.
