Genevieve Cantin is a thoughtful advocate, who uses her strong interpersonal skills to understand the problems her clients encounter, while providing effective solutions to complex workplace issues.
Genevieve provides advice to employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including employment agreements, human rights, workplace policies, terminations, wrongful and constructive dismissal, employment standards and picketing injunctions. She also has extensive experience handling employment-related class actions.
As counsel, Genevieve has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals.
