Jananie Manoharan

Jananie is an associate in our Health Industry group. She is building a broad health law practice with a focus in corporate/commercial matters and providing general counsel, health regulatory and governance advice to healthcare organizations, associations and professionals. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Jananie gained experience in insurance defence litigation, as well as counsel for a top-ranked teaching hospital and research institute. Her distinctive approach and keen insight into legal compliance and risk management significantly enhance her ability to serve her clients.
